Darius Jackson, better known by the name Nastyelgic, is a mainstream hip hop recording artist and record label owner from New Jersey, USA. Still feeding off the buzz his debut release 'Killin' Hip Hop' has provided, he is preparing for his second promotional single release as well as the release of his Freshman album. To top it all off he is doing it all under his own record label; Tilt Shift Records.

Nastyelgic has a style influenced by some of the greatest emcees to ever touch the microphone and is said to rhyme with a passion that can re-establish hip hop as the #1 overall genre. He brings truth to the hype in his debut single 'Killin' Hip Hop', a thought provoking yet still entertaining record! It questions the corporate ran commercial music industry with bar after bar depicting the experiences of a young up and coming artist whom record execs truly do like, but neglect to sign him.

Killin' Hip Hop has seen rotation on over 25 radio broadcasts. Over 75 dj's in Canada, Japan, the UK and the USA have also added the track to their arsenal. It has also been featured in The Hype Magazine, Daily Hip Hop Jamz, HipHopZilla and has landed Nastyelgic on the cover of Underground Vision. Distribution and marketing for the single was handled by Forbes Music Entertainment.
