For employers, having a reliable human resources manager and staff members is the key to their success. The manpower and workforce that your HR manager will hire, can make and break the company you long wanted to make it to the top. Whoever person that enters your company can bring a great effect on how your company performs. But what is really the function of the human resources manager to the company? And how does it play a big role to the employer’s success as well as to the employee’s concerns?

The function of the human resources manager is continuously evolving. Depending on the company’s profile and demography, the HR manager carries an overlapping duties and accountabilities. Perhaps the most common duty of the HR manager is seen downright upon employee recruitment. During the process of hiring, the HR manager sees to it that a necessary employment background check are done correctly to ensure that what he is up to hire is screened. That way, the key players that are your employees are only but the best on its field. The HR members are also responsible for an organized and systematic administration of the company in whole.

The HR manager and members as well is the only bridge the employees can have to extend their concerns to the company. They are the employee’s advocate as they take care all of the employees starting from lowest position to the highest. Any concerns about compensation, violence at work and other job-related issues, the HR is the one who makes sure that it is heard and addressed. To sum, they are responsible to the employees continues development and improvement.

With the importance of Human Resources members, a balanced and fair working environment that works both for the employer and the employees is kept and maintained.
