East Coast Artist, Kilo releases his debut single, "Exposing Me"

Hailing from Tampa/Kissimmee, FL by birth and spending much of his childhood in NY, 19-year-old Kilo is sharing messages through his music. At just the age of 16, like many youths of this generation, Kilo had experienced more than his fair share of the realism the streets were exposing. From deaths of friends to life struggles, to violence, he began using rap to tell his stories to all who would listen. This led to a big following of over 10k on Instagram & numerous tracks being created.

“I am not like other rappers my age. I speak realism because real life is all I know. I don’t compare my style to anyone. I’m a young man with an old soul. Just dropping a jewel on the streets hoping to help change someone’s..anyone’s life. If I can do that, then I know I’ve accomplished what I set out to do.” - Kilo

Kilo is wise for his age and says listening to old school rappers like Nas and Mobb Deep taught him a broader perspective on life. Come with the truth and people will listen not just hear you. He speaks to the youth on their level of understanding and produces music they can relate it. Kilo recently signed to the Independent record label “Revoc Productions” early in 2019. Since then, Kilo released his first track on Apple Music “Exposing Me,” brings forth the rough reality of what many teenagers in cities face today.
