Fusing emotional melodies with infectious rap rhythms, Wali is an emerging artist currently making his mark on the global music scene. His style is best described as hip-hop, bringing a fresh modern flair to smart lyricism. He first made a name for himself with his debut single “Alone”, a sad rap anthem that garnered him streams in the tens of thousands worldwide. He’s since released his second single “Notice” which gained similar popularity and is currently working on releasing a steady flow of new singles. Born in Pakistan but relocated to the suburbs of Washington D.C at the age of seven, the young artist decided to pursue music as a career at the age of eighteen. He was kicked out of his house by his parents for this and had to fend for himself. The rapper moved to Pittsburgh for some years working as a producer for other artists. He soon began writing his own lyrics and now creates his own songs. Inspired by artists like The Weeknd, Lil Uzi Vert and Drake, he records, performs, mixes and produces most of his tracks by himself as a fiercely independent artist.
