Through Pain, pleasure, and progress Jason “W R E C K A “ Edwards aims to motivate others through his songs and journey. With insightful lyrics with a higher purpose, his universal appeal speaks to the masses.

His foundation began in Kansas City, MO where he was born and partially raised. After his father was incarcerated, He and his family moved to Shreveport, LA.

Cedar Grove would now play a pivotal part in grooming, and the becoming of what would be the setting for all the creative inspiration that would be needed to make a soundtrack for whom he calls the overlooked and under paid.

For the last decade W R E C K A has made numerous soundtrack placiements with likes of MTV, VH1, ESPN, FOX, and SONY, as well as numerous artist placements with big names like Big Krit, Soulja boy, and Fred the Godson.
