Coming off from his recent project ("Long Live JR") the East Saint Louis rapper Lil T2x seems to be getting comfortable on the mic. "They don't know the whole me" as he quotes on ("JR") expresses of the hardships and loss of a loved one. Part of a new vanguard that’s moving away from drill’s harsh origins; he favors freewheeling melodies and a vulnerable writing style that plumbs regret and sadness as often as anger or menace.With a versatile beat selection Lil T2x gives us a small taste of his creativity with the track ("Clouded Judgement"). Raw flows like Murphy Lee we sense there's a influence from Saint Louis legend. A solid 13 songs in is project I can say Lil T2x is starting to come a long way and we hope to hear more from him.
